This Privacy Policy explains how The Client Engine, a brand of Transparent Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit theclientengine.com (the "Site") or use our Services. We operate primarily in the United States.

Booking and program information: appointment details and information you share during trainings, calls, or programs.

3. SMS / text messaging. With your consent, we use SMS primarily to send appointment reminders and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile opt-in or phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Email marketing. If you opt in, we may send you educational and promotional emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
